| The counties require a $46.00 recording fee per document and could be subject to a $5.00 conservation fee and $45.00 well disclosure fee. The state deed tax (SDT) is based on the purchase price of $0.34/thousand for Hennepin and Ramsey County and $0.33/thousand for all other counties. The mortgage registration tax (MRT) is based on the mortgage amount of $0.24/thousand for Hennepin and Ramsey County and $0.23/thousand for all other counties. |
